The outside:

You've put the 'cross' in a place that makes the door opening incomplete.
The surrounding plant tiles are in the wrong place, the ones that are above the building roof should be lower and therefor not be able to be seen, since they surround the building.
The inside:
Poor 'map name'.
No understanding of 3D for the walls/roof.
Nonsensical application of shadow.
Inner entrance/exit is far too wide.
